FAQ

• Q. Does the pink formula made with artificial colors? The pink formulation is the natural color of the raw material, not an artificial color, and appears pink because it contains a high concentration of effective ingredients.
• Q. When should I incorporate this into my skincare routine? Simply continue with your usual skincare routine, applying wrapping mask as the final step.
• Q. Do I need to wash it off with water when trying to remove the wrapping mask after it's fully dried? No, you don't. While you can also rinse it off with water, peeling the dry wrapping mask from the edges of your face will cleanly remove it. You don't need to rinse your face separately after removing the mask.
• Q. Won't the collagen mask prevent the skin from breathing? The wrapping mask is designed to wrap around the skin without causing discomfort during sleep, so you can use it without any worries.
• Q. How do I know if the product has dried? The drying time of the product may vary depending on skin type and environment. When touched by hand, it should feel completely dry without any residue, indicating it has dried thoroughly.
• Q. Can I use it daily? A. It's recommended to use it consistently about 3-4 times a week. During dry seasons or winter, daily use is particularly beneficial.
