Do I need a special gel when using Booster Pro?

• No. Booster Pro applies frequencies optimized for facial muscles, so no special gel is required. Simply use it alongside your regular skincare products.

What is the recommended order and frequency for using each mode?

• Please make sure to check the recommended usage frequency before use, and adjust the frequency and duration according to your skin condition.
  
  Air Shot Mode: Use 2–3 times a week / 5 minutes per session
  Booster, MC, Derma Shot Modes: Use 1–3 times daily / 5–10 minutes per session
  
  Start with Air Shot on clean, dry skin before applying any skincare, then use Booster, MC, and Derma Shot with your regular skincare.

How should I use skincare when using the booster, mc, and derma shot modes?

• Absorb a light serum and ampoule in booster mode, then follow with a rich, viscous cream/gel formulation. After booster mode care, use mc mode and derma shot mode with the remaining amount on the skin without applying additional skincare. If the intensity feels too low, add additional product.
  *The above usage method is suggested for simple understanding. Find the method that suits you best while using it.

Can all 4 modes be used around the eyes?

• All four modes of Booster Pro can be used around the eyes, and we recommend using level 1 for areas with thin skin, such as around the eyes, nose, and mouth.

It’s too bright even when I close my eyes. The LED seems to be too strong. Is this okay?

• It may feel too bright, but it has no effect on your eyes and is safe to use. However, if there is a lot of product on the head and the central LED operates even without contact with the skin, be careful of direct eye exposure. For your comfort, you can turn off the LED through the app if needed.

Can I use it together with vitamin or retinol products?

• The light that reacts with vitamin ingredients is ultraviolet (UV) light, which has wavelengths ranging from 10–400 nm. Considering this, Booster Pro uses visible light with different wavelengths, and since the shortest wavelength exceeds 400 nm, they do not affect vitamin ingredients and can be used together safely.
  
  However, depending on your skin condition, using the AGE-R device together with products containing retinol or vitamin ingredients may cause stronger irritation. We recommend first using the device with basic skincare products so your skin can gradually adapt to the stimulation. Afterward, when using products containing retinol (or vitamins), start from the lowest intensity level.

What skin concerns is it recommended for?

• For those looking to care for skin firmness, the appearance of pores, and overall radiance — even more effective when used alongside your favorite skincare products.

Is it defective if there are scratches on the device head?

• We used surgical steel, which is commonly used in medical devices such as scalpels and syringe needles, for the device head. While it is non-allergenic and rust-resistant, slight scratches may occur during the manufacturing or cleaning process due to the characteristics of surgical steel.
  The lines on the booster pro LED section are not scratches but marks formed during plastic production. It is safe to use and is not defective.

FAQ

• How is it different from the Deep Shot?The key difference is that the Ultra Tune operates at a frequency approximately 20 times higher than the Deep Shot, providing more powerful RF elasticity care without the need for a separate gel. Additionally, while the Deep Shot combines RF and ultrasound waves, recommended for use 2-3 times a week, the UltraTune combines RF and MC technology, making it suitable for daily use.


• Can I use it daily?Yes, it can be used daily. You can use it 1 to 3 times a day, and for each session, we recommend using it for 5 to 10 minutes. However, since everyone's skin condition is different, please adjust the usage frequency and time according to your skin's needs.


• Do I need to use a special gel with it?Ultra Tune can be used without a special gel. Just ensure that your basic skincare products have been fully absorbed before using the device.


• I don't feel any warmth during use, or it feels weak at times.1. Ensure that all six tips are in full contact with the skin. For safety reasons, energy is only delivered when all six tips are touching the skin.
  2. If you move too slowly or stop in one area, even briefly, the device will automatically adjust the energy output for safe use. Please make sure to move the device slowly and continuously without pausing.


• Is it normal to feel warmth after using the device?The RF care generates heat within the skin to boost elasticity. The residual warmth is temporary, so you can continue using it with confidence.


• Can I use it around the eye area?You can use it around the eyes, but we recommend using the first intensity level. Avoid using it on your eyelids or directly under the eyes.


• My skin is red after using the device. Should I apply soothing care?You may feel some heat after using Ultra Tune, but this is a temporary effect that will naturally subside over time. If your skin becomes stressed, please use a lower intensity level.


• Can I charge the device with a different Type-C cable?For safe use, please charge the device using the included USB cable.

• The device works well with hydrating and nourishing skincare, such as serums, ampoules, creams, and sheet masks. For the best experience, we recommend pairing the device with medicube's PDRN, Collagen, and other moisturizing skincare lines, as well as medicube sheet masks.
  If you're using products with exfoliating acids (AHA/BHA/PHA), retinol, or high concentrations of vitamin C, we recommend introducing them gradually. If you're new to these ingredients or have sensitive skin, start with lower frequency or avoid using them with the device until your skin has adjusted. Always follow the product's usage instructions.

Are there any areas I should avoid when using the device?

Do I need a special gel when using Booster Pro, or how should I apply skincare products when using the different modes?

• For Booster mode, apply a light serum or ampoule, followed by a thick cream or gel. Then use MC and Derma Shot Mode with any remaining product on the skin, adding more if needed.

I'm curious about the order of use. Can I use all 4 modes in the same routine?

• Yes, all four modes can be used in one routine. Start with Air Shot on clean, dry skin before applying any skincare, then use Booster, MC, and Derma Shot with your regular skincare.

What is the usage cycle for each mode?

• Be sure to check the usage cycle before use, and adjust the usage cycle and usage time according to your skin type.

How should I use skincare when using the booster, mc, and derma shot modes simultaneously?

• Absorb a light serum and ampoule in booster mode, then follow with a rich, viscous cream/gel formulation. After booster mode care, use mc mode and derma shot mode with the remaining amount on the skin without applying additional skincare. If the intensity feels too low, add additional product. *The above usage method is suggested for simple understanding. Find the method that suits you best while using it.

Can all 4 modes be used around the eyes?

• All four modes of Booster Pro can be used around the eyes, and we recommend using level 1 for areas with thin skin, such as around the eyes, nose, and mouth.

It’s too bright even when I close my eyes. The LED seems to be too strong. Is this okay?

• It may feel too bright, but it has no effect on your eyes and is safe to use. However, if there is a lot of product on the head and the central LED operates even without contact with the skin, be careful of direct eye exposure. For your comfort, you can turn off the LED through the app if needed.

Is it defective if there are scratches on the device head?

• We used surgical steel, which is commonly used in medical devices such as scalpels and syringe needles, for the device head. While it is non-allergenic and rust-resistant, slight scratches may occur during the manufacturing or cleaning process due to the characteristics of surgical steel.

Is it defective if there are scratches on the LED head?

• The lines on the booster pro LED section are not scratches but marks formed during plastic production. It is safe to use and is not defective.

FAQ

• How is it different from the Deep Shot?The key difference is that the Ultra Tune operates at a frequency approximately 20 times higher than the Deep Shot, providing more powerful RF elasticity care without the need for a separate gel. Additionally, while the Deep Shot combines RF and ultrasound waves, recommended for use 2-3 times a week, the UltraTune combines RF and MC technology, making it suitable for daily use.


• Can I use it daily?Yes, it can be used daily. You can use it 1 to 3 times a day, and for each session, we recommend using it for 5 to 10 minutes. However, since everyone's skin condition is different, please adjust the usage frequency and time according to your skin's needs.


• Do I need to use a special gel with it?Ultra Tune can be used without a special gel. Just ensure that your basic skincare products have been fully absorbed before using the device.


• I don't feel any warmth during use, or it feels weak at times.1. Ensure that all six tips are in full contact with the skin. For safety reasons, energy is only delivered when all six tips are touching the skin.
  2. If you move too slowly or stop in one area, even briefly, the device will automatically adjust the energy output for safe use. Please make sure to move the device slowly and continuously without pausing.


• Is it normal to feel warmth after using the device?The RF care generates heat within the skin to boost elasticity. The residual warmth is temporary, so you can continue using it with confidence.


• Can I use it around the eye area?You can use it around the eyes, but we recommend using the first intensity level. Avoid using it on your eyelids or directly under the eyes.


• My skin is red after using the device. Should I apply soothing care?You may feel some heat after using Ultra Tune, but this is a temporary effect that will naturally subside over time. If your skin becomes stressed, please use a lower intensity level.

Do I need a special gel when using Booster Pro, or how should I apply skincare products when using the different modes?

• For Booster mode, apply a light serum or ampoule, followed by a thick cream or gel. Then use MC and Derma Shot Mode with any remaining product on the skin, adding more if needed.

I'm curious about the order of use. Can I use all 4 modes in the same routine?

• Yes, all four modes can be used in one routine. Start with Air Shot on clean, dry skin before applying any skincare, then use Booster, MC, and Derma Shot with your regular skincare.

What is the usage cycle for each mode?

• Be sure to check the usage cycle before use, and adjust the usage cycle and usage time according to your skin type.

How should I use skincare when using the booster, mc, and derma shot modes simultaneously?

• Absorb a light serum and ampoule in booster mode, then follow with a rich, viscous cream/gel formulation. After booster mode care, use mc mode and derma shot mode with the remaining amount on the skin without applying additional skincare. If the intensity feels too low, add additional product. *The above usage method is suggested for simple understanding. Find the method that suits you best while using it.

Can all 4 modes be used around the eyes?

• All four modes of Booster Pro can be used around the eyes, and we recommend using level 1 for areas with thin skin, such as around the eyes, nose, and mouth.

It’s too bright even when I close my eyes. The LED seems to be too strong. Is this okay?

• It may feel too bright, but it has no effect on your eyes and is safe to use. However, if there is a lot of product on the head and the central LED operates even without contact with the skin, be careful of direct eye exposure. For your comfort, you can turn off the LED through the app if needed.

Is it defective if there are scratches on the device head?

• We used surgical steel, which is commonly used in medical devices such as scalpels and syringe needles, for the device head. While it is non-allergenic and rust-resistant, slight scratches may occur during the manufacturing or cleaning process due to the characteristics of surgical steel.

Is it defective if there are scratches on the LED head?

• The lines on the booster pro LED section are not scratches but marks formed during plastic production. It is safe to use and is not defective.

Which skincare products work best with Booster Pro X2?

• The device works well with hydrating and nourishing skincare, such as serums, ampoules, creams, and sheet masks. For the best experience, we recommend pairing the device with medicube's PDRN, Collagen, and other moisturizing skincare lines, as well as medicube sheet masks.
  If you're using products with exfoliating acids (AHA/BHA/PHA), retinol, or high concentrations of vitamin C, we recommend introducing them gradually. If you're new to these ingredients or have sensitive skin, start with lower frequency or avoid using them with the device until your skin has adjusted. Always follow the product's usage instructions.

• Most modes are suitable for daily use. Air Shot Mode is recommended 2–3 times per week, while the remaining modes can generally be used 1–3 times daily depending on your routine.

Which skincare products work best with Booster Pro X2?

• The device works well with hydrating and nourishing skincare, such as serums, ampoules, creams, and sheet masks. For the best experience, we recommend pairing the device with medicube's PDRN, Collagen, and other moisturizing skincare lines, as well as medicube sheet masks.
  If you're using products with exfoliating acids (AHA/BHA/PHA), retinol, or high concentrations of vitamin C, we recommend introducing them gradually. If you're new to these ingredients or have sensitive skin, start with lower frequency or avoid using them with the device until your skin has adjusted. Always follow the product's usage instructions.

Are there any areas I should avoid when using the device?
