• How is it different from the Deep Shot?The key difference is that the Ultra Tune operates at a frequency approximately 20 times higher than the Deep Shot, providing more powerful RF elasticity care without the need for a separate gel. Additionally, while the Deep Shot combines RF and ultrasound waves, recommended for use 2-3 times a week, the UltraTune combines RF and MC technology, making it suitable for daily use.


• Can I use it daily?Yes, it can be used daily. You can use it 1 to 3 times a day, and for each session, we recommend using it for 5 to 10 minutes. However, since everyone's skin condition is different, please adjust the usage frequency and time according to your skin's needs.


• Do I need to use a special gel with it?Ultra Tune can be used without a special gel. Just ensure that your basic skincare products have been fully absorbed before using the device.


• I don't feel any warmth during use, or it feels weak at times.1. Ensure that all six tips are in full contact with the skin. For safety reasons, energy is only delivered when all six tips are touching the skin.
  2. If you move too slowly or stop in one area, even briefly, the device will automatically adjust the energy output for safe use. Please make sure to move the device slowly and continuously without pausing.


• Is it normal to feel warmth after using the device?The RF care generates heat within the skin to boost elasticity. The residual warmth is temporary, so you can continue using it with confidence.


• Can I use it around the eye area?You can use it around the eyes, but we recommend using the first intensity level. Avoid using it on your eyelids or directly under the eyes.


• My skin is red after using the device. Should I apply soothing care?You may feel some heat after using Ultra Tune, but this is a temporary effect that will naturally subside over time. If your skin becomes stressed, please use a lower intensity level.


• Can I charge the device with a different Type-C cable?For safe use, please charge the device using the included USB cable.

• Q. I didn’t feel any reaction after the first use. Can I apply it to my entire face now? A. In some cases, retinol reactions may appear later rather than immediately. Even if you don’t feel any discomfort at first, we recommend that you do not increase the amount or frequency of use right away. Please follow the usage guide carefully during the first two weeks.

• Q. Should I only use this at night? A. Yes, we recommend using retinol products in your nighttime skincare routine because retinol is sensitive to light and heat.     The Red Foam Cleanser has soft, fine bubbles that removes make-up residue, excess sebum, etc. It is a product that helps to keep your skin clear and it can also remove a light makeup. However, for a heavy makeup, please use the lip & eye remover first before removing your makeup with the Red Foam Cleanser.
    
    Is it effective for irritated skin?

    What is the difference between Red Foam Cleanser and Zero Foam Cleanser?
